You can book through our website directly, always subject to availability, ask for dates.

To reserve a minimum of three nights is required.

At the time of booking, a deposit is requested to guarantee the reservation, as well as another at the time of the arrival of the guests, to cover damages that may be caused to the property, furniture and decorative objects.

A $75 cleaning fee will be charged for stays up to one month, to keep the property in good condition.
For stays of more than a month please consult.

Electricity must be paid by the tenant according to consumption.

There are two rooms with split air conditioning units and one with a fan.

In case you want to use the central air conditioning unit for the entire apartment, a deposit will be agreed with the owner.

CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel up to five days before the start of the reservation, you will receive a full refund (excluding service fees). If the cancellation occurs during the five days prior to the start of the trip, you will be refunded 50% of all nights, except the first. Service fees are only refundable if the cancellation is made within a maximum of 48 hours after making the reservation.

IMPORTANT RULES TO FOLLOW

Keep the furniture and appliances in the apartment and common areas in order, cleanliness and in good condition.
Use only the parking lot that corresponds to your apartment.
The tenant is solely responsible for all keys.
In case of loss these are the replacement costs:
Apartment keys $5
Parking remote control $50
The cost of the elevator keys is US$100
Respect the hours of use of the pool.
Deposits: the refundable security deposit is a guarantee of good use of the apartment, furniture and appliances, tenants cannot break, move, change or damage walls, appliances, furniture inside the apartment or in the common areas of the building.
Deposits cannot be used to pay for additional days.
Electricity must be paid by the tenant according to consumption.
Check in is at 2:00 PM. Checkout 1:00 PM
Pets of any kind are not allowed and in some apartments small children are not allowed for safety reasons.
The apartments are checked before being delivered. The tenant receives the clean apartment with everything working and in good condition. If a malfunction occurs that corresponds to the misuse of it, you must check the maintenance of air conditioners, pipes and electrical problems during your stay.
The Administrator and the owner reserve the right to refuse admission to their apartments, non-compliance with the policies may result in the cancellation of the stay with effective sanctions.
