You can book through our website directly, always subject to availability, ask for dates.

To book a minimum of three nights is required.

When booking a deposit is requested to guarantee the reservation, as well as another at the time of the guests' arrival, to cover damage that may be caused to property, furniture and decorative objects.

A charge of $ 75 cleaning fee for stays of up to one month will be charged to maintain the property in good condition.

Electricity must be paid by the tenant according to consumption. 

There are two bedrooms with split unit air conditioning and fan.

If you wish to use the central air conditioning unit for the entire apartment, a deposit according to the owner agreed.

 

cancellations

If canceled up to five days before the start of the reservation, you will receive a full refund (excluding service fees). If cancellation occurs during the five days prior to departure, we will refund 50% of all nights except the first. Service fees are only refundable if cancellation is made within a maximum of 48 hours after making the reservation.

Tenants must meet the following standards of conduct in the building.

  4. Respect the hours of use of the pool.
